New Namek wordt bedreigd door een enorme, metalen planeet, de "Big Gete Star", die overleeft in het universum door zich te voeden met volledige werelden. Dende, de nieuwe beschermer van planeet Aarde, is bezorgd om het lot van zijn soortgenoten, en vraagt Goku om hulp. Eenmaal aangekomen op Namek, worden Goku en de zijnen opgewacht door een leger robots, onder leiding van Cooler.

Viola moves toward the camera/viewer, pausing every few steps to ring a bell, at which point he is momentarily thrust back to his starting place, and then advanced again. Finally reaching his destination, he is taken through all of the previous stages in a single instant and returned to the source of his journey.
