In the middle of the desert, a solipsistic Japanese-American woman, along with her elderly and paralysed friend Barbara, runs the Desert Rose Cafe. Things liven up with the arrival of a mafia henchman (whose boss is hiding out at a nearby ranch), a battered Japanse man (who turns out to be a terrific chef, but who also triggers Barbara's memories of internment during WWII), and an attack on the mob boss' camp.

Voor het project All This Time stak Sting zijn oude liedjes in een nieuw jasje. Hij nodigde een stel muzikanten uit in zijn pittoreske vakantiehuis in Italië, repeteerde in zijn thuisstudio en gaf een concert in de tuin. Het concert stond gepland op 11 september 2001. Vlak voor aanvang van het concert drong het nieuws over de terroristische aanslagen in Amerika door waarna zich een verdrietige en onheilspellende sfeer meester maakte van de muzikanten en het publiek. Het concert ging toch door en enkele liedjes (met name de opener Fragile) kregen in deze context een extra lading. De dvd volgt de muzikanten tijdens de voorbereidingen, laat Sting veelvuldig aan het woord en toont tenslotte het concert.
